Privacy Policy

Suplarium respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain English, what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our form, we collect:
- your name, company and work email address;
- your phone number, if you choose to give it;
- the products you are interested in, your estimated annual volume and your message;
- whether you would like us to send you Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS).
If you email or call us directly, we keep the details you give us in that email or call.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as health information.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry: to send quotes, samples, specifications and data sheets, and to follow up on that enquiry and any order that comes from it. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are sent by email to michael@suplarium.com and kept in our business email account. The website itself does not keep a copy of your enquiry. Our email and website providers may store data on servers outside Australia; we choose providers with recognised security practices.
Who we share it with
No one. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone else, except where the law requires us to.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect personal information. This website does not use any tracking or advertising cookies.
Emails from us
We email you only about the enquiry you sent. If we ever send you anything else, every message will include a simple way to unsubscribe, and you can also reply "unsubscribe" or email michael@suplarium.com at any time. We will act on unsubscribe requests within five business days, as required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing michael@suplarium.com. We will respond within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them for the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and as required for tax and business records.
